Please note that according to the CCPA, we are not obliged to respond to requests for access or right to data portability made by the same consumer more than twice within 12 months.

If it is necessary for us or our service provider to retain your information based on the following circumstances, we may refuse your deletion request:

- Engaging in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in accordance with all other applicable ethical and privacy laws in the public interest, provided that you have provided informed consent, and deleting the information may result in the inability or serious impairment of the results of such research..

- According to our relationship with you, only internal use is permitted and such internal use is reasonably consistent with your expectations.

- Complying with obligations under the law.

- Using your personal information internally in a legal manner suitable for the environment in which you provide the information.

(4) Responding to your request

Before responding to your request, we may need to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. A verifiable consumer request should:
